Rates subject to 6.875% Minnesota State Sales Tax, 1/2% county tax, & 1% local lodging tax. A 3% surcharge applies to all credit cards.
We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks.
All cabins are housekeeping.
Bed linen, dish towels and dish soap are provided. Bring your own bath towels & soap.
Additional Guests (any age): Overnight visitors are $50 per person, per night. Day visitors are $30 per person for visits lasting four hours or longer.
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in each cabin.

Smoking limited to outdoor areas is appreciated. All cabins and interior common spaces at Black Pine Beach Resort are smoke-free. Thank you for smoking outside.
Arrivals prior to the stated time and departures later than the stated time will may be assessed an additional charge equal to a half day rent.
Cancellation Policy
Guests with confirmed reservations are responsible for the cost of the entire length of their reservation. Receipt of your deposit commits you to this policy.
Deposits apply toward total rental rate.
Deposit is fully refundable and reservation responsibility is transferred if you have your own replacement at the time of cancellation. Not refundable, in part or in full, under any other conditions.

This is a great place to go with your kids and enjoy some quality family time. Our kids loved leaving the elves a note and then going back the day to find they wrote back and the Secret Garden is a fun activity to do with the kids. The place is very clean and well kept, the beach is perfect for the family, and they have boats, paddle boards, kayaks to rent as well. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Returned again for our annual fishing trip. This place is a true classic of old time family lake resorts. Can’t be many of these left. Individual cabins, immaculate lake kept. Wonderful beach with plenty of lounge chairs, large inflatable, rafts, pristine beach. Small playground in the middle of the resort, perfect for families. Family run, very personable. Highly recommend.
